Panel Title: Role of 6G in Driving Societal Transformation
The role of future mobile communication networks in transforming industries and ecosystems is shaped not only by technical advances but also emerging business opportunities and related regulations. Regulators are gradually opening the 5G mobile market for verticals, which has started to change the traditional roles of operators, vendors and end users. 6G and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) target the same year 2030 calling for an interplay between the development of new wireless technologies and solving of key societal challenges. This panel brings together leading experts from industry, policy making and academia to discuss the role of 6G in society including new business opportunities and regulations.

Panel Title: The Road toward 6G Networking: Key Techs & Enablers
The design of 5G accomplished a fundamental milestone for the adoption of new services across different sectors including entertainment, industrial, transport, retail, health, etc., accelerating the digital transformation of vertical segments. The completion of the 5G architecture and its wide deployment in several countries from early 2019 lead the road toward the network evolution beyond 5G. This panel will shed light on advanced features relevant to networking that would shape the evolution beyond 5G considering softwarization, agile control and deterministic services. It will elaborate the 5G landscape focusing on new business prospects, emerging use cases and key technologies that constitute the pillars for the evolution beyond 5G considering new radio paradigms, micro-service oriented core network, native IP based user plane, network analytics, new IP and evolution of transport network layer, and the end-to-end support of low latency – high reliability.
